    Subtle volume, restored proportion

Used well, dermal filler restores volume that has been lost — not added where it never was. Our doctors use premium CE-marked hyaluronic acid fillers to refine lips, support cheekbones, sharpen the jawline, balance the chin and soften tear-troughs. Every plan starts with full face mapping and a frank conversation about what filler can and cannot do.

    Premium HA fillers

We use only CE-marked hyaluronic acid products from established manufacturers.

    Reversible

Hyaluronic acid filler is dissolvable with hyaluronidase if needed.

    Cannula or needle

We choose the safer technique for each area — typically cannula for cheeks and lips.

    Whole-face perspective

We refuse to inject one area in isolation if it will unbalance the rest of the face.

    Chelsea, Hale and Wilmslow

Demand for considered, doctor-led filler is high across our service area. London patients in Chelsea and Mayfair often present with concerns about previous, over-volumised work elsewhere — we frequently dissolve and re-place rather than add to existing filler. In the North West, our Wilmslow and Hale patients tend to focus on subtle cheek and jawline support rather than lips alone.

    Areas we treat

Lips, cheeks, naso-labial folds, marionette lines, chin, jawline, tear-troughs and temples. We also offer non-surgical rhinoplasty in selected cases. Each area requires different products and techniques — for example, soft-tissue products for lips, more structural products for cheekbones and jawline. Your doctor will select the right product mix during consultation.

    What to expect during treatment

After consultation we cleanse the skin and apply topical anaesthetic where needed. Treatment itself takes thirty to sixty minutes depending on areas. We use cannulas where possible — a blunt-tipped instrument that reduces bruising and vascular risk versus a sharp needle. You will see results immediately, although final settling takes around two weeks as initial swelling resolves.

    Vascular safety and reversibility

The most important risk to manage in filler treatment is intravascular injection. Our doctors hold hyaluronidase on site, follow a documented vascular event protocol, and have direct access to ultrasound where required for advanced indications. If, for any reason, you do not love your result, hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase in a follow-up appointment.

    Frequently Asked

Common questions about Doctor-Led Dermal Fillers

    Q.Will I look 'overfilled'?

A.Only if you ask us to. Our default approach is conservative — we'd rather under-correct and review than over-correct. If you are seeking a more dramatic result we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable in one session, or whether a staged approach would deliver a better outcome. We will refuse to treat if we think the result you want will look unnatural for your face.

    Q.How long does it last?

A.Filler longevity depends on product, area and metabolism. Lips typically last six to nine months; cheekbones and jawline often last twelve to eighteen months. Tear-trough filler results are highly individual — some patients see two years, others a year. Maintaining a consistent product line tends to give more predictable longevity.

    Q.Is it painful?

A.Most patients describe filler as more uncomfortable than painful. Topical anaesthetic, plus the local anaesthetic mixed into most modern fillers, manages the experience well. Lips are the most sensitive area; cheekbones and jawline are usually well tolerated. We work at your pace and pause whenever you need.

    Q.Can filler be reversed?

A.Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved using hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid. We hold hyaluronidase on site at every clinic. If, after the two-week settling period, you want to dissolve some or all of the filler, we will book you in to do so — either fully or partially.
