Dr. Fouad leads the clinical practice at Alula Aesthetics, with extensive experience across general medical practice and aesthetic medicine. His approach centres on medical assessment first, careful patient selection, and refined results that suit the patient — not a fashion or a template.

Dr. Nazia Qadeer
Dr. Qadeer is a UK-registered doctor and the female practitioner option for our female intimate aesthetics consultations. Her practice is grounded in clinical rigour and discretion — every patient is treated with the same time, judgement and confidentiality she would expect herself.

The best aesthetic work is the kind people don't notice. Our default approach is conservative — we'd rather under-correct, review, and refine than chase a single dramatic visit. Most of our patients return for years; that only works if every visit feels considered and proportionate.

Every patient at Alula has a doctor-led consultation before any treatment. We assess your medical history, review what you want, walk through alternatives, and confirm pricing in writing. If a treatment isn't right for you, we'll tell you.
Complications protocols, not slogans
We hold hyaluronidase on site, follow documented vascular event and complications protocols, and provide direct doctor follow-up. The goal is not to advertise safety — it is to be set up to manage rare events when they happen.
