The framework governing our private medical consultations, treatments and CPD-accredited training.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or booking an appointment with Alula Aesthetics, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Our services
Alula Aesthetics provides medical aesthetic treatments and CPD-accredited training courses. All treatments are provided under medical consent following a private medical consultation. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not in your best clinical interest.
3. Consultations and bookings
Consultations are booked by appointment. We may take a deposit at booking to secure clinic time, particularly for longer or specialist appointments. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Fees and quotations
Treatment and course fees are discussed and confirmed in writing after your consultation or enrolment conversation, based on clinical assessment and what you have agreed. Nothing is charged without your informed consent.
5. Consent and clinical risk
All medical treatments carry risk. We discuss expected outcomes, alternatives and the specific risks of any procedure during your consultation. Treatment proceeds only with your written informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
6. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel ahead of our notice period, deposits are refundable. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a charge as confirmed at booking. Treatments already performed are not refundable. Where a result is unsatisfactory, we offer review and corrective options where clinically appropriate.
7. Training courses
Training courses are intended for aesthetic practitioners. Prerequisite requirements, course logistics and certification terms are confirmed at booking. CPD accreditation numbers are provided on certificates issued at course completion.
