What the procedure involves
After thorough medical consultation, we use local anaesthetic to numb the area, then usually place PRP at the G-spot area. A small volume of hyaluronic acid filler containing local anaesthetic may be discussed where appropriate, but genital PRP is the usual treatment route. The whole appointment takes around thirty minutes, including consent and anaesthesia. There is no general anaesthetic and no theatre involvement.
Honest expectations
Patient response to G-spot augmentation varies. Some patients describe meaningful changes; others note little difference. Because the literature is limited, our consultations are particularly frank — we discuss what is reasonable to expect, what other treatments might be more appropriate, and that some patients may experience no perceptible change.
Common questions about G-Spot Augmentation
Q.Is the consultation embarrassing?
A.The first step is a free phone consultation so we can answer questions and confirm whether treatment is suitable. If treatment is agreed, your in-clinic appointment is handled clinically, privately and confidentially.
Q.How long do results last?
A.Most patients experience effects for nine to twelve months. The duration is highly individual. Some patients return for a top-up; others do not feel the need.
Q.Is there much downtime?
A.Most patients return to normal activity the same day. We advise avoiding intercourse for forty-eight hours, and avoiding swimming and sauna for one week to reduce infection risk. Some patients notice mild swelling or sensitivity in the first one to two days, which resolves on its own.
