Considered, reversible and doctor-led
G-spot augmentation uses a small volume of hyaluronic acid filler to augment the G-spot area, with the aim of increasing sensitivity. Performed by our female doctor in private clinic rooms following thorough medical consultation. Because it uses hyaluronic acid filler, the result is fully reversible if needed.
Female doctor available

Reversible
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed.
In-clinic procedure
No theatre, no general anaesthetic; performed under local anaesthetic.

Mayfair, Marylebone and Hale
Demand for G-spot augmentation tends to come from our older central-London patient base — Mayfair and Marylebone — and from our Hale clinic in the North West. We always run a thorough consultation, in private rooms with a female doctor, before any procedure is offered.

What the procedure involves
After thorough medical consultation, we use local anaesthetic to numb the area, then place a small volume of hyaluronic acid filler at the G-spot. The whole appointment takes around thirty minutes, including consent and anaesthesia. There is no general anaesthetic and no theatre involvement.
Honest expectations
Patient response to G-spot augmentation varies. Some patients describe meaningful changes; others note little difference. Because the literature is limited, our consultations are particularly frank — we discuss what is reasonable to expect, what other treatments might be more appropriate, and that some patients may experience no perceptible change.
Reversibility and longevity
Effects typically last four to nine months as the hyaluronic acid is gradually metabolised. If a patient does not love their result, hyaluronidase can dissolve the filler. We always offer a two-week review and a clear path to dissolution if requested — the same standard we apply to facial filler.
Common questions about G-Spot Augmentation
Q.Is the consultation embarrassing?
A.We design our intimate consultations to feel clinical and matter-of-fact. They take place in private rooms, are conducted by a female doctor on request, and are entirely confidential. There is no judgement, no pressure, and no obligation to proceed.
Q.How long do results last?
A.Most patients experience effects for four to nine months as the hyaluronic acid filler is naturally metabolised. The duration is highly individual. Some patients return for a top-up at six months; others do not feel the need.
Q.Can it be reversed?
A.Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved using hyaluronidase, an enzyme we hold on site. If after the two-week settling period you are not happy with the result, or if you no longer want the filler in place for any reason, we can dissolve it in a follow-up appointment.
Q.Is there much downtime?
A.Most patients return to normal activity the same day. We advise avoiding intercourse for forty-eight hours, and avoiding swimming and sauna for one week to reduce infection risk. Some patients notice mild swelling or sensitivity in the first one to two days, which resolves on its own.
