Course content
Treatment protocols for the upper face, anatomy and physiology, legalities and prescribing protocol, adverse effects, complications and aftercare. Practical teaching covers frown lines, upper forehead lines and crow's feet, including common variations in male and female treatment patterns.
Practical and documentation
The practical section covers treatment expectations, sharps handling, clinical waste, photography and injection technique. Attendees receive consultation forms, insurance forms, case-study documentation, needlestick and infection-control guidance, assignment and research documents, and ongoing support.
Progression route
The course includes home study, online learning and a hands-on practical day. After certification and five case studies, practitioners can progress to the Combined Basic & Advanced course or the Botulinum Toxin Masterclass when experience and insurance scope are appropriate.
